I am the official resident Pilates teacher and all around “feel good girl”!
I currently live in Henderson but I am originally from the Bay Area in California. I moved from there in 1975 to go to Alaska, where I lived for 14 years. I then went to Michigan for 3 years and then settled here in Henderson.

I spent 10 years as a student of Pilates before I decided to become a teacher. Even though I am teaching now, I still consider myself a student of Pilates. An infinite amount of available knowledge, curiosity towards movement, and anatomy keeps me in student mode!
